Jose and I finally got to go take a mini-vacay. Rented a car and headed to the central coast. We started the day by visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium. I was so excited to see the jellies, penguins, sharks and all the other fishies!

Food Tip – Old Fisherman’s Grotto:  Clam Chowder and The Maple Steak are really delicious!

Everyone knows how much i love food. My sister and I went to The Grove, which is in Fillmore. It was greaaaat. Went there just for the Lavander Tea, but ended up getting Lavander Lemonades instead because it was much more sunny in that part of the city!  We ordered: Eggs Florentine and Rosemary Hashbrowns, BLT Sandwhich, Mac and Cheese (which you could NOT order as a side) and two Lavander Lemonades putting us at $41. I think its pretty expensive, but it kept us full for a looong time, plus it was really good.

Basically the Main Event, BBQ at my house in the city. Chill, laid back, foods and drinks with some close friends. Perfect way to celebrate turning 23.

Happy Anniversary to Jose and I. To celebrate, we went to House of Prime Rib. It was deeeeeeelicious. I ordered the House Cut and I chose mashed potatoes and creamy spinach as my two sides. Jose got the English Cut and got the baked potato and creamy corn for his side (not pictured). All of it was delicious! I forgot what wine i ordered, but it was for sure a Pinot Noir, Sonoma, 2007. They also gave us a free dessert and a picture to take home. It was so much fun just eating good and hanging out with my man. He’s just really great company and fun to be around.

Intel’s The Museum of Me,  is a web experience that takes your through a sleek digital museum filled with flashes of your life based on the contents of your facebook page. It is an undoubtedly well executed project compared to a lot of the web tours that have been popping up as of recent. You might even be surprised at some of the images and words you’re associated with. But it’s also a pretty eerie reminder of how much personal information we have forfeited to social networks

This is how mine looks like, what about yours?

As far as studying goes, within the past 2 days I’ve spent 17 hours at the annex. It’s going to be my home until Thursday and then I’m freeeeeeeeeeee! Hopefully I can secure more than C’s on my last three class. Aiming for A’s! I need to get my GPA Higher. I hate how its so low and I feel like it totally isn’t comparable to how I treat school or my study habits. Partying the first two years really fucks it all up. There’s no need to complain though, it just means that I need to work harder to get to where I want to be.

Even if I’m not graduating this year Spring, it’s all good.

One more year, hopefully.
